Join Family Nurse Practitioners and other IM/Peds physicians providing comprehensive care to this small town and the surrounding counties. This is one of a network of six rural health centers serving residents of the Northeast Kingdom of Vermont. Our federally qualified health center is part of a non-profit organization (Northern Counties Health Care, Inc.) and with the FQHC status. To our patients, we are able to offer sliding scale fees for medical, lab, pharmacy and dental services, thus providing affordable care to a vibrant rural community. The call rotation for adults is approximately one in twelve and is triage only. The call rotation for peds is about one in 5 and requires inpatient. Our lifestyle in the Northeast Kingdom is enviable, with excellent schools, low housing costs, and a vibrant arts community, pristine lakes and mountains, and the best snow east of the Mississippi. Easy access to Boston, Montreal and Burlington, Vt. Candidate must be BE/BC and will require licensing in the State of Vermont. Competitive salary and excellent benefit package.
