Federally Qualified Community Health Center (FQHC) in rural Illinois is seeking a full-time Family Practitioner for our Henderson County, Illinois locations. Eagle View Community Health System is a not-for-profit community health center serving all patients regardless of their ability to pay. Our organization has been providing quality medical and dental services since 1979. Eagle View Community Health System serves an area of three counties in west central Illinois on the banks of the Mississippi River across from Burlington, Iowa. Rural Illinois is a beautiful, safe place to live and raise a family. The local landscape provides for many outdoor recreational activities. Peoria, Illinois, Iowa City, Iowa and the Quad Cities are all within a 60-90 minute drive. Downtown Chicago is an easy and cheap, 3-hour Amtrak train ride away, with a dedicated line that serves western Illinois.

Family Practice Physician will see patients at Eagle View's two, well established, outpatient clinics, located 18 miles apart. Patients range from age 0 to 100. Physician will have the availability of two licensed mid-levels to assist with office visits and share call. Physician has the option of managing his/her own patients as inpatients or refer patients to the local hospitalist. Referral arrangements are available with many local specialists.

As an FQHC, applicants have the potential for National Health Service Corp (NHSC) Student Loan Repayment.
