Job Description
Rush Health Systems, based out of Meridian, MS, is searching for an additional BE/BC Otolaryngologist to join its well-respected ENT practice.
Rush Health Systems is an integrated health system consisting of a 215-bed hospital; a 49 bed LTAC hospital; 5 critical access hospitals, and over 30 clinics located throughout East Mississippi and West Alabama. With the size of our health system and our large network of family practice clinics, we need another ENT to meet the needs of our community. We have implemented EPIC system wide. We recently announced that Rush will merge with Ochsner Health Systems out of New Orleans, LA, in the summer of 2022 which will enable us to continue our growth.
Highlights of this opportunity:
Full range of general, pediatric and adult ENT services.
Ability to step into an already existing practice with a large referral base.
Patient service area of over 350,000.
Clinic is connected to hospital and is fully staffed with nursing and surgery scheduling support along with one allergist, a clinical Audiologist, and an Audiology Aide.
Facility includes full access to lab and X-ray, with CT, MRI and surgical suites located in clinic that is connected to the hospital.
Call is currently 1:2; anticipated 1:3 with new physician.
New young administration that directly supports our physicians.
Rapidly growing system with the addition of over 20 new physicians in the last two years.
