Hospitalist - Opportunity: $175-$210K+Bonus/Relo/Malprac

Job Description

The Phoenix Indian Medical Center (PIMC) is actively seeking Family Medicine or Internal Medicine hospitalists to staff its inpatient unit. Specialty services available to provide consultation at the inpatient facility include Surgery, Obstetrics and Gynecology, Rheumatology, Infectious Disease, Nephrology, Radiology, and Dermatology. The total inpatient hospitalist census ranges from 15 to 30, with individual providers admitting and rounding on an average of 8 to 12 patients daily. Frequent patient diagnoses on the inpatient service include cellulitis/wounds, diabetic ketoacidosis, pneumonia, alcohol withdrawal, and pyelonephritis. A variety of work schedule options are available.
PIMC provides health care to patients from over 40 tribes. The inpatient practice style is appealing to providers with a commitment to making a difference, to providing high quality care to the vulnerable and uninsured.
