Compensation:

Annual base salary: $225,000 + $20,000 annual quality bonus + productivity

Benefits:

Paid time off (PTO): accrued; approximately 250 hours per year for full-time physicians

Retirement: 403(b), 457, and a generous pension plan are all offered
