Job Description
We are a large group of Federally Qualified Community Health Centers that provide quality care to over 50,000 patients yearly. Our largest site, Janes Street Academic Community Health Center serves a health care home for people of all ages. Services include Family Practice medical care, on-site pharmacy, optometry, laboratory, x-ray and mammography, WIC, Behavioral Health, Maternal/Infant Health Program, Special Immunology and more.
We are searching for providers that share our values and mission of providing quality,comprehensive, patient centered care without regard to insurance coverage, race or beliefs throughout the Great Lakes Bay Region.
