Job Description

Liberty Healthcare seeks a skilled and compassionate Psychiatrist who is interested in providing outpatient services to a diverse mix of patients in a community mental health setting.

This full-time position will be based at the Anderson-Oconee-Pickens Community Mental Health Center in Anderson, South Carolina.

The Anderson-Oconee-Pickens Community Mental Health Center is the main service provider of outpatient mental health care to adults, children and families in a three-county area in northwest South Carolina.

The Anderson-Oconee-Pickens Community Mental Health Center is situated in Anderson, South Carolina. Anderson is easily commutable from the very popular city of Greenville. This area is centrally located only 2 hours from Columbia and 2.5 hours from Atlanta, GA and Charlotte, NC.

40-hour workweeks
Regular work schedule: Monday through Friday / daytime hours

Liberty seeks Psychiatrists with:
Board Certification in Psychiatry this is preferred, but not required
An active South Carolina medical license or willingness to apply for a South Carolina medical license
Interest in providing outpatient psychiatry services to a diverse mix of patients and to people who have who have serious and persistent mental illness
Ability to work successfully in a multidisciplinary environment
