Liberty Healthcare is hiring for two available full-time Attending / Staff Psychiatrist positions based at the Patrick B. Harris Psychiatric Hospital in Anderson, South Carolina.

Responsibilities of these positions primarily involve the provision of inpatient psychiatric treatment to an assigned caseload of approximately fifteen adult patients who have serious and persistent mental illness.

The Patrick B. Harris Psychiatric Hospital is a well-run and respected 200-bed Joint Commission Accredited regional acute care inpatient facility which is operated by the South Carolina Department of Mental Health.

The Hospital is situated in Anderson, South Carolina. Anderson is easily commutable from the very popular city of Greenville. This area is centrally located only 2 hours from Columbia and 2.5 hours from Atlanta, GA and Charlotte, NC.

40-hour workweeks
Regular work schedule: Monday through Friday / daytime hours
No required on-call

Liberty seeks Psychiatrists with:
Board Certification in Psychiatry this is preferred, but not required
An active South Carolina medical license or willingness to apply for a South Carolina medical license
Interest in providing psychiatry services to adults who have serious and persistent mental illness
Ability to work successfully in a multidisciplinary environment
