The Department of Surgery at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center (TTUHSC) at El Paso is recruiting a BC/BE Ophthalmologist at the level of Assistant Professor or higher. Applicants should have a strong interest in clinical practice, research and education. The position is a full-time appointment at TTUHSC and the salary is competitive.

TTUHSCs Surgery Department is affiliated with University Medical Center of El Paso and El Paso Childrens Hospital. The Childrens Hospital opened its doors to the community in 2012. TTUHSC has also recently expanded and graduated its inaugural medical student class of the Paul L. Foster Medical School in May 2013. This is a unique opportunity for an individual to help develop the Ophthalmology Division for the Surgery Department.
