Medical Provider (Family Practice MD/DO/)

ReGenesis Health Care is seeking medical providers to establish comprehensive, community based, family centered primary care. This position will be responsible for supporting the improvement of access to a comprehensive range of high quality primary care services, as well as improving health outcomes through an integrated delivery model focusing on prevention and health maintenance. Reporting to the Chief Medical Officer, providers develop a plan of care for each patient, stress the importance of preventive medicine and utilization of all available resources, participate in practice development, quality assurance, peer review and staff meetings, as well as maintain accurate and concise documentation of all patient encounters in a timely manner. Candidate should be able to demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills, as well as an ability to manage others and problem-solve in a high-paced environment.
