Job Description
Daviess Community Hospital Internal Medicine/Pediatric Hospitalist group is seeking a board certified Internal Medicine/Pediatrics physician to join their current 2 Med-Peds hospitalist. Daviess Community hospital is a small rural community hospital. Hospital has 18 med/surgical beds on one floor and 5 bed ICU and level 1 Nursery (approximately 500 deliveries per year and no attendance required). Med-Peds physician also provide consultation service to Gero-psych floor on as needed service. Duties will include only inpatient care. Usual census runs from 15 Patients 20 patients per day. Current schedule is One week on and one week off. We are adding 3rd hospitalist to do schedule 10 days on and 20 days off but other schedule options are available including one week on and one week off or only one week on and 3 weeks off. Compensation based on schedule but will be very competitive with all benefits included.
Low census with light call one week on and one week off or 10 days on 20 days off schedule or one week on and three week off schedule.
No procedures required and no need to stay in hospital after rounding.

Competitive annual salary of 240K+ incentive bonus without ceiling for week on week off schedule, current hospitalist making 350K +
All benefits including health, malpractice, CME and retirement plans.
Will sponsor J-1 or H-1 visa if required, will pay for processing fees.
Relocation expense and sign on bonus provided.
