Job Description

Over the last decade they have developed a deep well of Social Welfare Resources, Streamlined care to maximize the time and skill specialization of their Primary Care Providers, and also able to affect maximum impact for the underserved population through outreach.

Two FT positions are currently available, each with
their own unique professional opportunities for Family Medicine and Internal Medicine Physicians.

It is a 15 minutes drive from the I-5 Corridor, while feeling 100 miles away.

The City is a little under 22,000 in population and this clinic serves the vast majority of the Underserved and for the larger County. The benefit of this Central Location is the immediate access to a plethora of support staff: Infectious Disease, Lifestyle Medicine (Diet and Exercise), Substance Abuse, Pain Management Panel, Pediatric, Psychiatric, and Social Welfare Specialists.
