We are currently seeking a qualified Medical Director for the Emergency Department at Johnson County Community Hospital located in Mountain City, Tennessee.The physician who takes advantage of this Emergency Medicine opportunity will enjoy competitive compensation, local physician leadership, flexible scheduling, occurrence-based malpractice coverage, complimentary online CME and freedom from non-competes. Johnson County Community Hospital, set amidst Tennessee's breathtaking mountain landscape, offers local residents access to top-quality inpatient and emergency services.Mountain States Health Alliance opened this two-bed critical access hospital to serve Mountain City residents after the closing of Johnson County Hospital. Johnson County Community Hospital's care network reaches northeastern Tennessee communities, as well as areas of North Carolina and southwest Virginia.The qualified and dedicated staff at Johnson County Community Hospital offers cardiac rehabilitation, respiratory therapy, diagnostic services, and more. Radiology services include CT-scan, ultrasound, and nuclear medicine. The hospital also provides full laboratory services.Johnson County Community Hospital Prides itself on its state-of-the art emergency room services.
