Organization Description:
Alaska Island Community Services is a federally qualified health center located in beautiful Wrangell, Alaska. We provide Primary Medical, Dental, Pharmacy, and Behavioral Health services under our FQHC charter. We also provide additional programs including Senior & Disability Services and the Alaska Crossings Program for at risk youth. We serve the population of Wrangell (approximately 2,000), as well as six itinerant communities on Prince of Wales and the community of Gustavus (approx. 1,500).

Description:
We are looking for a family practice physician to join our medical clinic located in Wrangell, AK. We have a beautiful new medical facility and state of the art equipment. The position would also share coverage for the Wrangell Medical Center's Emergency Room call schedule on a 1:3 rotation. We offer a four day work week, competitive benefits and a great team to work with.
