Enjoy one of the Northwests premier small town environments with an excellent standard of medical practice. You will be stepping into a busy Community Health Center practice where you would provide comprehensive Family Medicine and still
take advantage of our lifestyle and location. The Northwest Community Health Center offers an opportunity for the selected physician to provide a broad range of comprehensive family medicine to a rural community. The organization is a nationally recognized Level 3 Patient Centered Medical Home, and delivers its mission of access to quality, affordable, healthcare. As a sponsoring institution of the Family Medicine Residency of Western Montana, you will have the opportunity to train and mentor residents if desired.

The community has a wide range of other services including physicians practicing in the specialties of Family Practice, Internal Medicine, General Surgery, Urology, Podiatry, Radiology, as well as a comprehensive Critical Access hospital complete with ICU, two modern OR suites, spiral CT scanner, MRI, ultrasound, and a state of the art PACS/teleradiolgy system.

NWCHC offers a competitive salary and excellent benefits. Minimum qualifications: Graduate of accredited school of medicine, BC/BE in Family Practice, and eligible for hospital privileges. Prefer: Rural health experience in similar setting.
