Personnel Technician - Human Resources
To provide patient care under a supervisory physicians practice with the knowledge and skill expected in the professional medical community. Provide comprehensive primary care to a panel of patients. Provide emergency screening and stabilization of acute patients. Act as backup for other physicians. Attend in-service and administrative meetings pertinent to the job. Complete charts according to CHI Policies. Acts as a facilitator between patients and consultants. Provide in-service for other medical staff. Provide pre-employment exams and employee medical evaluations, as needed. Provide patient services beyond the visit by following up on tests. Timely signing of reports for filing and completion of Administrative forms (insurance, etc.). Provide pre-natal, diabetic and other health education and counseling, as needed follow guidelines for provider productivity as established for CHCs in performance measures (4,200 to 6,000) encounters per physician, 2,100 to 3,000 for mid-level practitioners per year). Must attend at least four (4) Grand Rounds each year. Completes B&E (billing and encounter) forms within the same day of intervention. Adheres to Confidentiality Policies and Procedures / HIPPA Regulations. And other duties as assigned.
