primary care clinics, personal health assessments, and chronic disease management.
As a member of the CareATC team you will be part of a new and exciting concept in the way medical care is delivered.
CareATC wellness centers eliminate the financial and time barriers that keep many patients from seeking care. Our
providers typically have more time to spend with patients and are therefore able to provide more education at each visit.
Our goal is to create a healthy and happy workforce one company at a time.
We're looking for a talented and personable provider available in the Roland, Oklahoma area. The essential duties and
responsibilities of a CareATC Provider include the following: provide the full scope of primary care services which fall
under field of training, including but not limited to diagnosis, treatment, coordination of care, preventive care and health
maintenance.

Details
20 Hours per week (willing to work around providers schedule)
No Nights. No Weekends. No Call.

Two medical assistants per physician
Clinic and medication is free of charge to patients and dependents so utilization and compliance is exceptionally
high
2.5-3 patients per hour
Qualifications
Current State Medical Licensure
Current D.E.A. Certification
Board Certification
Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Certification (CPR)
