Central Counties Health Centers has recently completed a large expansion of its Springfield, IL health center and is recruiting outpatient primary care physicians to meet the rising need for service in the community.

As a certified patient centered medical home, CCHC offers a wide range of primary care options. The center focuses on quality care and a one stop shop philosophy which provides a caring environment for clinicians and patients. Our comprehensive approach is complimented by combining primary medical care, dental care, pharmacy, behavioral health care and testing together in one location.

Central Counties is based in Springfield, the capitol city of Illinois which is located in the heart of central Illinois and is a short 90 minute drive from St. Louis.
