Saint Anthony Hospital seeks to hire a board eligible/certified Psychiatrist - Physician who is mission driven, personable, energetic, compassionate, and can provide high-quality care while meeting productivity targets. Ideal candidates are mission-focused; highly energetic; creative in problem-solving approaches; quality focused; and sees the provision of services to underserved populations as part of their career goals. This is a primary Outpatient Clinic with some limited time working with inpatients weekly.





EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, AND LICENSE:
Current valid license to practice medicine in the State of Illinois
Current CSR and DEA certificates (or in progress).
Board eligibility in Psychiatry is required; board certification is required within 5 years of achieving initial eligibility and ongoing employment is contingent upon this.
Bilingual Spanish is preferred but not required

ABOUT US:

Saint Anthony Hospital is an independent, nonprofit, faith-based, acute care, community hospital dedicated to improving the health and wellness of the families on the West Side and Southwest Side of Chicago. We have grown to provide medical care, social services, and community outreach to the residents of eight city neighbourhoods: Little Village, North Lawndale, Pilsen, Brighton Park, Back of the Yards, McKinley Park, Archer Heights, and Chicago Lawn as well as suburban Cicero and Berwyn.



Our Behavioral Health Department provides comprehensive program offerings in a warm, supportive environment for those experiencing chronic mental illnesses, as well as those with acute needs, or in crisis. In order to provide for individualized patient needs, we have a licensed capacity of 42 beds, divided between 2 units. The Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) offer group therapy programs as well.
