Job Description

The services offered include all aspects of family health and preventative medicine
EPIC EMR
On site lab
Providers: 3 physicians, 2 APPs
No weekend hours, no nursing home coverage
Quick ramp up time for physician joining this practice

Job Requirements
Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible
Must be comfortable with Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH) approach
US Residency required
We are not able to accept J1 visa sponsorship candidates
