Family Medicine Physician Opportunities available in Fort Dodge and surrounding rural locations as well as our VA clinic.

UnityPoint Clinic-Family Medicine details:
Outpatient Clinic
5 full-time physicians, 7 Mid-level providers, 1 Medical Director
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
1:5 call schedule
Average patients per day: Starting off 15-20 Average 20-25
EMR: Epic
Hospital duties include newborns and Peds
