Job Description

Regional Health is seeking additional BE/BC Internal Medicine Physicians to join a very busy modified traditional practice in Rapid City. This is an inpatient and outpatient opportunity sustained by a collaborative partnership with our large team of Hospitalist and Nocturnist physicians at Regional Health Rapid City Hospital, which is located a few blocks away from the clinic. This partnership gives you the latitude to focus on your outpatient practice (i.e. uninterrupted office hours and NO NIGHT CALL) as your partners, the Hospitalists and Nocturnists admit your patients if you so choose, 7/24/365 when an acute care stay is required. If picking up Hospitalist shifts is your desire, discussions with Hospitalist and Physician Services leadership can be arranged to explore that option further.

A very competitive salary with production bonus incentives is offered along with a 10% starting bonus, $100,000 retention bonus (paid out over 5 years), $7,500 paid relocation stipend AND moving allowance, paid malpractice, CME reimbursement, and a comprehensive basic PLUS exclusive physician benefits package.
