ALEGIS CARE, a rapidly growing, multi-speciality practice is one of the largest physician services companies that is 100% focused on providing medical care and coordination in homes and facilities. We have over 31,000 active patients and over 100 providers in our offices across the US. We are looking for Board Certified or Board Eligible primary care physicians to join our Northwest Indiana team. Training in Family Practice or Internal Medicine is required. Completion of a Geriatrics fellowship is desirable.
