Nearly 22 years ago, our Chief Medical Officer started his family medicine practice in Sumter, South Carolina. Today we have 13 locations in 4 different cities within South Carolina and are continuing to grow. We have an innovative practice with cutting edge technology and a patient first mentality. At Colonial, our motto is We will see you today. Our practice model is designed to allow physicians to focus on the patient. We have a scribe system in place to notate ailments, concerns, and other important information for patient charting.

We are looking for physicians who are passionate about healthcare, their community, and their patients. Current locations include Columbia, Manning, Camden and Sumter.
