Family Medicine opportunity to join a well-established group of 35 Family Medicine physicians and 15 specialists. IU Health Goshen Physicians has one of two FM opportunities available. Join a busy well-established medical home with 3 FM providers providing care across all ages in beautiful lake country, home of Lake Wawasee and Syracuse Lake, located in Syracuse, IN. Call would likely be 1:4. The second FM opportunity would employ a care team model adding two FM providers. The preference is for FM providers to take pediatric inpatient call, but that is negotiable. 24/7 hospitalist program. IU Health Goshen Hospital is a 120 bed hospital, nationally recognized, as "Best Place to Work in the state," winner of six Summit Awards and recognized for nursing excellence, MAGNET designation. The IU Health Goshen Physician offices are new facilities which are beautifully decorated. Local and surrounding communities: Goshen is home to private 4 year university, Goshen College, 30 minutes to South Bend, IN, home of Notre Dame, and a quick 2 hour drive to Chicago. Goshen offers an outstanding cost of living, safe family-oriented city with great local and surrounding public and private schools. Financial Benefits: MGMA competitive compensation $190,000-$200,000 base salary based on experience, production and quality measure incentives, comprehensive benefits package, student loan forgiveness.
