12 shifts per month
Competitive base + Productivity
First call goes to advanced practitioner
Work with another Nocturnist and a PA or NP
16 30 admits per shift
Full hospital benefits
21 employed day Hospitalists in the group
409 bed hospital

BC/BE in IM or FM
Plenty of opportunities to bonus or to work PRN at $145 per hour
