HOSPITALIST OPPORTUNITIES AVAILABLE AT LAHEY HEALTH IN BURLINGTON, MA



Lahey Health, a highly regarded and evolving health care system headquartered in Burlington, MA, is actively recruiting for physicians and advanced practitioners interested in permanent, moonlighting and/or locums opportunities in The Lahey Health Department of Hospital Medicine. Day time and Nocturnal Medicine positions are currently available at Lahey Hospital and Medical Center in Burlington, MA, and at Beverly Hospital in Beverly, MA. At present, priority consideration is being given to physicians with more immediate availability, however, all interested candidates will be considered including graduating residents and fellows.


Lahey Hospital and Medical Center (LHMC) is a 317-bed, state of the art, Tufts- affiliated Academic Medical Center consistently recognized as one of the best hospitals in the country by local and national publications including Boston Magazine and US News and World Reports. LHMC is the flagship facility of Lahey Health, a progressive and award winning integrated healthcare system which also includes Lahey Hospital Peabody, Addison Gilbert Hospital in Gloucester, Outpatient Centers in Danvers and Lexington, and more than 50 affiliated Primary Care Practices. Lahey Health also includes Beverly Hospital, a full service, 221-bed, community hospital providing quality, patient-centered care to NorthShore and Cape Ann residents. The Lahey Health Department of Hospital Medicine is comprised of more than 50 full and part time physicians, and approximately 10 advance practitioners, all committed to providing exceptional patient care. It is a democratically run, collegial group where physicians and advance practitioners feel their efforts and contributions are recognized and valued.



Lahey Hospital & Medical Center (LHMC) is conveniently located in Burlington, MA, a scenic suburban community approximately 15 miles northwest of Boston and a short drive to the lakes, mountains, and shores of New England. The area offers excellent schools and world renowned academic institutions. It also offers an abundance of social, cultural and recreational amenities making it a truly desirable location in which to practice and live.


Interested candidates should be BE/BC in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine and/or Med/Peds. As suggested above, priority consideration will be given to physicians who are currently MA Licensed and have more immediate availability.
