Three Full Time Hospitalist Opportunities available!

UnityPoint Health Hospital Medicine details:
Joining a team of 3 full-time physicians, 1 part-time and PRN staff, 1 Medical Director
Schedule: 7 on/7 off rotation with additional shifts available
No call-always a hospitalist on site
Inpatient census: approx. 55 and approx. 30 of those Hospital Medicine is responsible for.
Patients per day: Average is 15. Number of admissions per day is approx. 3-6 and number of discharges per day is approx. 3-6.
EMR: Epic
Multi-specialty hospital. All specialties except neurosurgery, cardiothoracic surgery, rheumatology, and infectious disease.
The CCU is an open unit. Procedure credentials are available for qualified Hospitalists who have a desire to keep up your skills.
In the process of building a brand new ER-level 3 trauma center. Will be done in 2016.
