Job Description

Join SIH's established Gastroenterology practice and contribute to the care of patients in and around the southern Illinois region.

SIH's established GI practice is seeking a trained Gastroenterologists to join a busy, well-established, collaborative group of physicians and APPs committed to serving all patients with gastric problems throughout our southern Illinois community.

We are looking for physicians who are passionate about rural health and want to become champions of our culture, contributing to its long-term growth and success.

Physicians should be able to treat disorders that affect:

Upper GI
Lower GI
Liver disease
Pancreas and gallbladder

Herrin Hospital lies about ten miles to the east of Memorial Hospital of Carbondale. It hosts 114 beds and serves as our systems center for Rehabilitation Services, Bariatric Surgery, and the Bone and Joint Institute for the system. Other features include:

St. Joseph Memorial Hospital

About Carbondale, IL
