Family Nurse Practitioner opportunity:

Meritas Health Express, a new outpatient clinic located within the Liberty Hy-Vee, will be opening in November 2015. This clinic will be a newly created space with two exam rooms, lab testing area, work space for the Nurse Practitioner, and a registration/check-out area which will be staffed with a medical assistant. Meritas Health will offer a competitive salary and flexible scheduling for the clinic which will be open each day of the week (closed some holidays). Qualified candidate must be board certified and have an active Missouri license.

Services provided will include:
Wellness/physical exams, minor illnesses, minor injuries (sprains/strains), skin conditions, health condition monitoring and education (diabetes, cholesterol, hypertension), immunizations and more!
