Physician - OB/GYN

Job Description

Our employed provider group located in Plymouth, IN, seeks a board certified/eligible Ob/Gyn physician to join a group of one MD and one CNM/NP. Call frequency is every other weekend with some OB call shared by the CNM/NP. The group performs about 20-25 deliveries per month as a practice; about 15-20 GYN surgeries are done each month by the MD. It is expected a new physician will do about that many GYN surgeries as well and, hopefully, could help to grow the GYN volume. Plymouth Hospital has 58 beds; the community has about 10,000 people. Saint Joseph Health System (SJHS) has two hospitals in the area, our main campus of 254-beds in Mishawaka and our hospital in Plymouth. Saint Joseph Physician Network is our employed group of providers, about 75 in number. SJHS is part of Trinity Health, the second largest Catholic healthsystem in the country.
