Internal Medicine Physicians/Primary Care Providers
SBH Health System, a 400 + bed Acute Care Hospital and Trauma Center in Bronx, NY, seeks Internal Medicine Physicians/PCPs to join our outpatient team.

SBH Health System is an academic health system with over 90 internal medicine residents, affiliated with the Albert Einstein College of Medicine and the new CUNY School of Medicine. We operate FQHC primary care sites, resident clinics, and faculty practice sites at multiple locations throughout the South-Central Bronx, and our physicians are eligible for loan forgiveness as part of National Health Service Corp designation.

We are seeking full-time, highly motivated BE/BC internists with an interest in primary care and population health. Experience working with under-served populations is strongly desired, as is prior experience in NCQA Level 3 PCMH community-based practices and/or involvement with an internal medicine residency program. We seek physicians who are interested in teaching and have had experience in an academic healthcare organization. Spanish proficiency highly desirable. We offer competitive compensation commensurate with qualifications and experience. Selected candidates will have potential for growth within the Department of Medicine.

Candidates must be Internal Medicine trained and possess a current New York State license to practice as a physician. Current DEA is required.
