Primary Care Site Director Internal Medicine
SBH Health System a 400 + bed Acute Care Hospital and Trauma 1 Center in Bronx, NY seeks Internal Medicine Physicians/PCPs to join the team. SBH Health System is an academic health system with over 90 internal medicine residents affiliated with the Albert Einstein College of Medicine. We also have medical students affiliated with the new CUNY School of Medicine. We operate FQHC primary care sites, resident clinics, faculty practice sites at multiple locations and physicians are eligible for loan forgiveness as part of National Health Service Corp designation.
The Division of General Medicine at SBH Health System in the Bronx NY, an affiliate of the Albert Einstein College of Medicine, is looking for a full-time, highly motivated BE/BC internist to serve as Site Director of a community-based practice location. The practice is located in a thriving urban neighborhood with significant growth potential. Ideal candidate will have strong interest in primary care development, practice workflow re-design, and population health management. 3 5 years + experience in ambulatory setting preferred, and Spanish proficiency highly desirable. We offer competitive compensation commensurate with qualifications and experience. The successful candidate has the potential for growth within the Department of Medicine.

Candidates must be Internal Medicine trained and possess a current New York State license to practice as a physician. Current DEA is required.
