Interventional Cardiologist

IU Health Goshen Hospital, Goshen, IN: Indiana University Health Goshen has a unique opportunity for an interventional cardiologist who is either board certified or board eligible in cardiovascular disease, interventional cardiology, echocardiology, and nuclear cardiology. The cardiology department currently has an invasive, non-interventional cardiologist and 2 interventional cardiologists, one of which will be retiring in near future. The cardiologists work collaboratively in an integrated multidisciplinary approach with radiologists, vascular surgeons, and neurologist. The clinic has an open design with 17 exam rooms arranged around 'pods' where physicians discuss and plan the multispecialty treatment care for patients. The cardiologists see an average of 18-20 patients per office day and are in the office two days/week. The two interventional cardiologists will share STEMI call. The Heart and Vascular Center is one of the hospitals 2 highest strategic priorities.  Administration has been and continues to be dedicated to growing this service line and offering patients care in their home town, in state of the art facilities.  Compensation is salaried with bonus potential.
