Contra Costa Regional Medical Center is seeking BC/BE Family Physicians. We are an integrated public hospital & clinic system with a Family Medicine Residency Program in Contra Costa County.

We offer:

• Flexible, benefitted schedules

• New hospital & clinic facilities serving the needs of ethnically and culturally diverse populations
• Support by a team consisting of an LVN panel manager, a care coordinator (clerk level) and an MA
• Paid administrative time 2-8 hours a week based on the number of primary care clinics and benefited hours
• Paid phone clinics to help manage patient care
• Paid Doctor of the Day clinics help manage your “In Box” when away on leave
• Many of our staff physicians are involved in resident teaching in our highly regarded Family Medicine Residency Program
• Unique staff development program that may be used to pursue an interest in a specialty or opportunity to reacquire a skill or proficiency (i.e. Pediatrics or Prenatal Care)
• Short drive to Berkeley, Oakland or San Francisco; one hour to the Napa Valley wine country; and 2 ½ hours to skiing
• Compensation package includes complete malpractice coverage (no tail required), 5.5 weeks of vacation after 6 years and 1 week of paid CME after 1 year
• Favorable HPSA score of 17 for loan repayment
