As the leader of a multidisciplinary team, the family or med/peds physician will provide full-spectrum patient care with the support of nursing and behavioral health staff. The MD or DO is responsible for leading his/her team and may supervise advanced practice clinicians, residents, and medical students in this capacity. Responsibilities include: providing direct medical services, psychosocial screening and evaluations to patients; performing a variety of medical procedures such as biopsies, incision and drainage, cryotherapy, and minor surgical procedures; maintaining patient records and documentation; and participating in educational conferences, training efforts, and practice improvement initiatives.

Requirements:
Appropriate Massachusetts licensure as well as Board certification
Minimum of 2 years of primary care clinical experience as an MD or DO
An interest in and/or experience working with families with children is preferred
Interest in LGBT health highly desirable
The provider will be expected to maintain controlled substance licensure in MA and a federal DEA license
Experience working in an ethnically, culturally, and racially diverse environment preferred
Ability to work harmoniously with diverse groups of individuals required
