Job Description

This is a part time position working 20 hours per week, with potential for full time hours in the future.

In keeping with Fenway Health's commitment to care for the whole person, behavioral health is a fundamental part of our primary care model. We offer individual, group, couple, and family therapy; psychiatric consultation; and addiction services. We're seeing a talented Psychiatrist to join our Behavioral Health practice.

The Psychiatrist will serve as member of multidisciplinary team providing services to an adult, primarily GLBT, outpatient population.

Typical duties include: performing psychiatric evaluation and direct psychopharmacological services.

Requirements:

Completion of an approved ACGME residency in Psychiatry
Board certification or board eligibility in Psychiatry
Experience with, or interest in, the GLBT community, HIV, trauma, and substance abuse
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work harmoniously with diverse groups of individuals
Experience working in an ethnically, culturally, and racially diverse environment preferred
