Job Description

St. Charles Center for Women s Health seeks a board certified Obstetrician/Gynecologist to join our practice in Bend, Oregon. The care team at St. Charles Center for Women s Health is composed of physicians, certified nurse midwives, a women s health nurse practitioner and a behavioral health consultant who provide a wide range of women s health services to patients not only in Bend, but also patients from all over Central and Eastern Oregon. Located on the Bend campus of St. Charles Hospital, the practice offers comprehensive guidance and treatment for women s health needs of all ages, including but not limited to obstetrics, abnormal pap smears, contraception, gynecologic surgery, gynecology, infertility and menstrual and hormonal issues. This unique position affords the opportunity to build a practice and be affiliated with a high acuity OB/GYN department at St. Charles Hospital in Bend. The hospital is a transfer center for Obstetric and Gynecological Care throughout Central Oregon, as it houses the only Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit in the region.

Requirements:
- Board Certification in both Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Two or more years of OB/GYN experience in direct patient care, preferably in a tertiary facility
- Experience with high acuity gynecological procedures and high risk obstetrics
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certified and maintain on-going certification
