Job Description

Internal Medicine physician needed to join an established, hospital-owned and managed practice.

To continue meeting the needs of our rapidly-growing patient population, Geary Community Hospital, in Junction City, KS is searching for a full-time Internal medicine physician to join an established, hospital-owned and managed practice. This progressive practice is located on the hospital campus and has both clinical and inpatient responsibilities.

This practice would feature a 1:4 call, does not have OB responsibilities, and would possibly supervise a mid-level practitioner.

Geary Community Hospital enjoys strong community support and opened a 110,000 sq ft expansion in 2009 featuring a new surgery center, ICU and 36 private-bed med/surg/peds unit.

MD or DO
Board Certified/Eligible
Excellent English skills (verbal and written)
Kansas License

Junction City is a tree-lined community in the beautiful Flint Hills of northeast Kansas with a population of 24,000 people and a service area population of 40,000 (not including the military and their dependents on Ft.
