Element Care is a Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) located in the Boston-Metro and Great Boston area. We provide healthcare coverage, home care and social services to older adults, many whom would be in a nursing home if it were not for our innovative approach. Candidates must be Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Practice, or eligibility for Board Certification (for recent graduates). Board Certified in Geriatric Medicine, preferred.
