We also recognize the critical importance of inpatient care at The Villages Regional Hospital (TVRH), the only hospital our physicians provide inpatient care. Centrally located in The Villages and adjacent to our Specialty Care Center, TVRH is a 277-bed acute care hospital recognized by Modern Healthcare as the fastest growing hospital in the nation. Since its opening in 2002, TVRH has received the Joint Commission's Gold Seal of Approval for healthcare quality and safety in hospitals and was honored by Healthgrades with their Patient Safety Excellence Award in 2014. Consistently serving the community with excellence TVRH aligns with the health care philosophy and vision for TVH.

We are looking for full-time board-certified hospitalists who are interested in devoting their practice to serving our wonderful patient population.

Average daily patient census of 12

7 on 7 off schedule

Be part of a physician led group (not hospital employed)

Nurse navigation program on site

Will consider combination inpatient/outpatient practice if desired

Our compensation is not tied to volume the base compensation is greater than the 50th percentile of MGMA with an annual bonus tied to quality (patient satisfaction, clinical quality outcomes and organizational engagement). We offer a full benefit package including 401K with match and a non-qualified tax deferred savings plan.
