We are offering a $20,000 Sign On for Experienced applicants!

Cape Cod Hospital is looking for an Experienced Cardiac PA to work with either our Interventional Cardiovascular Medicine Team or with our Inpatient Cardiology Hospitalist team. Will assist the attending interventionalist or cardiologist in all areas of cardiac patient care in the Interventional or Cardiovascular Medicine Service. Will be responsible for obtaining and coordinating the following general items: history and physical, laboratory results, charting of clinical findings, admissions orders, nursing instructions and other required elements. Will coordinate admissions and transfers to the hospital and ensure that informed consent for procedures is obtained. The Staff Physician Extender will perform pre-procedure assessments in the pre-admission testing center, Recovery room, holding area or outpatient setting as needed. Minimal nights and weekends required.
