Job Description

Contra Costa Regional Medical Center is seeking BC/BE Family Physicians. We are an integrated public hospital & clinic system with a Family Medicine Residency Program in Contra Costa County.



We offer:



Flexible, benefitted schedules

No call

New hospital & clinic facilities serving the needs of ethnically and culturally diverse populations

Support by a team consisting of an LVN panel manager, a care coordinator (clerk level) and an MA

Paid administrative time 2-8 hours a week based on the number of primary care clinics and benefitted hours

Paid phone clinics to help manage patient care

Paid Doctor of the Day clinics help manage your In Box when away on leave

Many of our staff physicians are involved in resident teaching in our highly regarded Family Medicine Residency Program

Unique staff development program that may be used to pursue an interest in a specialty or opportunity to reacquire a skill or proficiency (i.e. Pediatrics or Prenatal Care)

Short drive to Berkeley, Oakland or San Francisco; one hour to the Napa Valley wine country; and 2 hours to skiing

Compensation package includes complete malpractice coverage (no tail required), 5.5 weeks of vacation after 6 years and 1 week of paid CME after 1 year

Favorable HPSA score of 17 for loan repayment
