Opportunity for Board Certified physician with a proven leadership skills and an innovative spirit to improve the health status of our Native American population.


Permanent Full-Time physician (Medical Officer GS-14/15) located at the Peach Springs Health Clinic, Peach Springs, Arizona, an hour North of Kingman, AZ.. Providing leadership and management skills to provide quality health care to the members of five tribes.

Salary:
$165.000 - $230,000.00 / Per Yr

Duties
Participate in the formulation of policies, programs, and procedures related to the delivery of clinical services
Maintain systems for monitoring quality assessment, AAAHC accreditation, fiscal management, GPRA performance, Medicare, and IHS standards
Analyze operational data, inform staff of key objectives, and provide qualified advice as a basis for program decisions
Assist in setting priorities for services and patient care objectives
Collaborates with department heads to foster and coordinate working relationships
