Job Description

Lead a Palliative Care team at Rainbow Hospice and Palliative Care in Chicagoland and make a difference in the lives of patients living with the painful symptoms associated with various disease processes. Physicians will model clinical excellence in Palliative Medicine for clinicians, fellow and hospital staff while performing clinical consultation. Hospice involvement available for qualified and interested physicians.

Requires board certification in base specialty; Hospice and Palliative Medicine Certification required or eligible through accredited fellowship program. Must possess excellent and clear communication skills, and have strong interest/experience in Palliative Care, and be comfortable with Hospice patients.
