Job Description
St. Marys of Michigan, Saginaw is seeking a Neurologist for a well-established, busy and respected Neurology practice.
Saginaw County is rich with natural resources. The county has over 500 acres of park land, over 25 public and private golf courses and 80 acres of trail system. Saginaw County, located in the central portion of Michigans lower peninsula is part of the Great Lakes Bay Region. Saginaw Bay is connected to beautiful Lake Huron.
St. Marys of Michigan is a regional leader in advanced specialty care, offering comprehensive services in the cardiac sciences, neurosciences, cancer care, orthopedics, emergency and trauma care. St. Marys is a verified Level II Trauma Center and certified Primary Stroke Center. With 268 beds and over 20 specialty centers in Saginaw, Bay City, Birch Run, Chesaning, Frankenmuth, Marlette, Standish, Tawas, Vassar and West Branch, St. Marys has established itself as a technological pioneer and patient advocate throughout the state. Patients are cared for from 70+ counties, primarily the mid, northern and thumb regions of Michigan.
As a Primary Stroke Center, the hospital is nationally recognized as a hospital-based center that stabilizes and provides emergency and comprehensive care to acute stroke patients based on individual treatment needs.

Full Time hospital employed position with St. Marys of Michigan
Position will see adult patients
Inpatient and outpatient cases
Practice in general neurology

Approximately 1.5 hours north of metro Detroit, Ann Arbor and Lansing
Basic Qualifications:
MD/DO of an Accredited Residency Program
Licensed or eligible to obtain a license with the State of Michigan
Stroke expertise is a plus, but not required
