Ozarks Community Hospital has immediate openings for a full-time primary care physician.

The OCH physician model is a unique employment opportunity, offering the freedom of an independent practice without the hassle of overhead and staff management. Under this physician model, current providers enjoy annual income in excess of the guarantee offered. As compensation is 100% production-based, some OCH family practice physicians earn as much as $400,000 or more.
