THE FITZ-GERALD CLINIC
DEMOPOLIS, ALABAMA

The Fitz-Gerald Clinic in Demopolis, Alabama is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Pediatrician to join our busy medical team. We currently have two board-certified family practitioners and two CRNP. The clinic has been in operation more than 47 years. We are specifically looking to hire someone who wants to expand their medical knowledge, and who will share in providing care to our hospital patients.

We provide excellent salary paid malpractice insurance, health/life/disability insurance, continuing education, and a car allowance. We are a National Health Service Corps Site, so you may qualify to have all of your student loan paid in full tax-free. Additionally, the state of Alabama gives a $5000 per year tax credit for five years to new physicians in cities with a population less than 25,000.

The clinic is 10,500 square feet with 13 examination rooms, two ultrasound rooms, a minor surgical suite, a CLIA-certified lab, and in-house x-ray. We employ two certified sonographers who perform all types of ultrasounds, including carotid ultrasounds and echocardiograms.

Demopolis is a small but steadily growing city located in West Central Alabama on the banks of the beautiful Tombigbee and Black Warrior Rivers. This quiet haven offers a vast array of outdoor sports including hunting; fishing, boating, all water-sports; and, of course, golf - all within minutes of leaving work.
