Maternal-Fetal Medicine Position in Tyler, TX

Job Description

CHRISTUS Mother Frances Hospital in Tyler, TX is seeking a Maternal and Fetal Medicine physician to be at the forefront of a newly established service line in east Texas. The MFM physician will work closely with the seven other CHRISTUS Trinity Clinic OB/GYNs to provide quality outpatient care for expectant mothers. The MFM physician will primarily see patients 5 days a week in an outpatient setting with some inpatient rounding duties. Additionally, the physician will have access to the CHRISTUS Mother Frances Hospital Birth Center. The Birth Center is a state-of-the-art facility that provides Level II antepartum care, labor and delivery, and postpartum care to the women of East Texas. The Birth Center also consists of the Well Baby Nursery and the only 24 bed, Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit in Tyler. Qualifications: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology with a subspecialty in MFM. Must possess an unrestricted Texas Medical License or be eligible to be licensed in the state of Texas.
