Outpatient Physician Opportunity

Provides general medical care for adolescents, adults, and seniors such as; annual physical exams, adult well preventive care, ongoing care of chronic problems, disease management and acute care.

Located in Decatur, AL - Within an hour and a half of drive from the largest cities in Tennessee and Alabama.
